Chuka Wakame (seasoned seaweed 200g)

One of the popular Otsumami (snack/appetizer) to go with beers and sakes, Chuka Wakame is also popular as a side dish in Bentos or in sushi. Seasoned seaweed. It consists of agar-agar, seaweed stems, and seasonings.

Eat as it is or pair with a hot steamy bowl of uruchimai (Japanese short-grain rice) or your preferred rice; it's just as good.
